I was starting my computer when i entered the pass word then at the desktop insted of a wall paper a virus alert came up it looked like it came from a Windows vista PC,I clicked it nothing happened I restarted my PC then a blue screen came up
PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP!

I pressed the start button on the keyboard until the pc responded then something popped up pressed a few buttons restart and then............
YIPEE!!! IT WORKED But i relocated it so the internet worked thanks you all helped specially safe mode

i needed to install windows update so i did left it to install, i restarted the laptop and the blue screen popped up it told me to go in to safe mode and disable the BDOS memory ( i thnk thats what its called) so i did, i selected safe mode and it started to load, then the blue screen popped up for a few seconds then the laptop restarted automaticly restarting the same process

id just reinstall windows, seems like you've had a bad day!
Or you could start windows inb safe mode and have a poke around to see whats up
