The manual says to see a dealer to check fluid and change the oil. I can change my oil. I just need to know where the drain plug is

they quit putting drain plugs on trans pans so it turns into a messy job. You`ll have to drop the trans pan and trying to catch all the fluid unless you have the right drain pan can be a mess. But once you drop the pan you can change the filter and refill with fresh trans fluid. Some don`t recommend changing the fluid after 100,000 miles thou.

If it's an automatic transmission it is usually a garage job.
