Bosch Exxcel tumble dryer blowing cold air only?

How do I fix it? Last time an engineer told me there was a switch inside that tripped because of too much condensation where is it?

I have resrt the red trip many times and it has allways worked. I thought the reason was overheating due to the front door filter not being cleaned. The red button appears to have lost ist "spring" and wont reset - any advice?

Remove 'Back Cover' & the RED Reset Button is just left of centre, close to the back.
