75E15 how to change pads?

hi we took wheels off and the top piston in brakes will move but bottom one dont is it becaus it seized or is there a special way of doing it so we can get new pads in

HI THERE IS AN ALAN KEY SLOT IN THE BOTTOM PISTON THAT YOU TURN CLOCKWISE TO WIND IT IN (MAY BE 8MM)

if it the same as cargo 0813 you need to put a 8mm allan key in centre & screw in clockwise i think
