I need to read a CD that can only be read by Window 98?

How can I read a CD that can only be read by Windows 98? Do I need to purchase a computer with Windows 98? If so where can I purchase one. I have Vista now.

If the CD is windows 98 software, then you can run in compatability mode for vista or get vmware and run a windows 98 O/S insude Vista
