Where can I get my Yamata Industrial Serger Fixed?

I have had this Yamata Industrial Serger for about 3 years. The place where the needles are connected came loose. I took it to a local sewing machine dealer but it has not worked right since. Please help.

You must take it to someone that deals mainly with industrial machines, it is not something that you can do yourself.
