I have a bissell model 9200 steam vac that is not extracting the water from the carpet. The hand wand works so I think it is just plugged up somewhere. Does anyone know how to get inside to clean out the tubes?

you can try this manual i found online. it was not for my model , but it is very helpful none the less for taking apart and checking flow systems .
