How can i take the restrictor of my iveco 65/15?

i have down graded my 65/15 from 6 and a half to a 3 and a half tone and need to take the restrictor of but carnt find how to do it please help

EASY computer but it depends on the year of reg if they will do it probably.DUE TO LEGISLATION.
