The heater is situated at the rear of the tumble dryer, and under a cover are two thermostats that sit side by side. one is a one shot stat (like a fuse)and the other a cycling stat (which turns on and off) the one shot stat has probably blown, but replace both they come in a kit. Make sure the filters are cleaned as well as the vent hose, after replacing stats (It is a simple job)
