You need a TORX Internal Socket (poss E4, E5, or E6).
I had trouble getting one so I don't know what size.
I made a V shape in a slot head screwdriver and managed to unscrew both.
Once apart, the Thermal Fuse ideally should be crimped into place, rather than soldered, as the heat from the soldering iron can destroy the thermal fuse before you even finish the job.
