02 iveco daily need help?

i have iveco daily 02 hard to start.a sniff of easy start and it goes ok i bought the van with this problem and tested the low pressure pump changed the fuel filter fitted clear fuel pipes to eliminate air.overhauled the H.P Pump and checked fuel pressure changed every sensor and regulator on the fuel system checked fuel rail pressure reconditioned the injector and tested them and carried out commpression test and all these check out ok to the specification and data recieved from bosch and iveco it still wont start with out easystart can any one help.i understand and experienced that a direct injection engine does not require heat to start does anyone doubt this theory.

your prolem is crank shaft float play, you can shim it up if you know the right people, obviously you have done a leak off test, as one injector leaking off, will cause the trouble. but all the symtoms, and the tests you have done, point to the above fault.

hi
i deal in iveco parts
you do have cold start on the manifold that is run by a relay in fuse box
if relay has packed up then the plug on manifold will not work.
(large green wire leeding to top of manifold)

a direct injection engine may have a heat plug on the iveco it is on the air intake just before the manifold there is only one.

blank of the injectors individualy and try to start .as reconditioned injectors are usualy not reliable.
also check for crank shaft end float .
blink code edc system with swich at fuse box tosee what fault is related to .

1200 to 1500 bar directly out of the high pressure fuel pump
ive done the timing belt but the pump doesnt require timing i can check the timing marks again for the cam and crank there are sensors on the cam and crankshaft and they are both the same i also swapped them around they both have the same part no.the fault i am getting is speed sensor no signal and i have a light on the dash of an injector
