Peugeot 205 DT electrics?

I have a 1994 205 turbo diesel and the heated rear window and the horn have stopped working.I have replaced both relays on the fuse board,all fuses are ok and I am getting a live feed to the switch (red wire) and a live feed out of the switch (blue wire) HELP!!!

problem sorted by auto-electrician,found to be in fuse panel.he had to solder a bridge wire on the outside as it is a sealed unit.

Are you getting a feed to the heated window itself sometimes the contacts on the glass brake off dont use super glue to reattach it back the glass will smash as for the horn check to see if there is a feed to it when pressing horn switch, horn is fitted behind passenger headlamp
