LDV Convoy?

Recently bought 2nd hand Convoy on '03 plate. Few problems: - lacking pressure in clutch - plenty of fluid, horn doesn't work and can't even find it under bonnet!!, belt slipping - not sure what it's driving (a few wheels though), and the hand brake needs tightening.

Any wisdom? All help appreciated.

hi there for the horn you will find the fuse's on the dash under the rubber mat . and for your belt slipping its just needs tightening or first try sme wd40.

Can't help with the clutch as all mine have been cable operated. You could try bleeding it. The horn should be down by the battery in the O/S of the engine bay. The alternator belt is what you describe. Usually adjustable via the alternator. The lack of handbrake is probably not adjustment of the cable but, either a leaking wheel cylinder or seal in one of both of the rear brake drums or the self adjusting mechanism has failed or seized in one or both drums. (it's a common fault)
