how can i fix my tumble dryer?

my hotpoint tdl15 isn't blowing hot air.i think the element in the back has burnt out.how do i go about fixing or replacing it.

It might not be the element but just the safety overloads which are situated just inside the back cover where the heater is, be careful with the heater as it is very fragile.
