cannot remove inlet manifold bolt speedfighter?

cannot remove inlet manifold bolt speedfighter 3 bolts come out the fourth has a cone type head never seen anything like it any ideas please?

to remove bolt use center punch or heavy duty nail. tap it anti clockwise till it is loose enough to remove with pliers. its called a sheer bolt.
