Fujitsu-siemens PC Scaleo P P300 1 1,0G won't boot?

I have a Fujitsu-siemens PC Scaleo P P300 1 1,0G PC and it won't boot up. The power is on, but nothing comes up on the screen.

Can anyone help me get in to it so I can run a recovery on it, I've got everything backed up. I've tried pressing F8 as I turn it on and checked the power supply.
