1997 Clio wont start?

Pulled away from a junction and car (bless it) made a little noise and cut out. Lights etc are all working it wont turn over though. Please help

just to let you know was the cambelt. only damaged 4 out of 8 valves. pretty lucky with it so am going to repair. i'll let you know how that goes

engine seized or like billy nm said , timing belt snapped and now engine locked up because of bent valves/rods
