Why wont my break work?

i have an 50cc air cooled speedfight to and i had to replace my break pads, now replaced i seem to have no break at all??????

the actual pad material on the pads you have fitted could be too hard . give them time to bed in, if they fell spongy then try bleeding the system. then if no better replace pads with softer items

give them time theve got 2 wear in they will seem sh*t for a bit if not bleed your brakes u might have some air in there
