iv got a rover 25 and my immobaliser plays up it get blocked so i take battery off 1 hour so it wipes it clean leave your doors unlocked then when you put battery back on press lock button 1 to 10 times when it locks press unlock and start the engine always works on mine i kew someone who worked for rover
