hi , i have a 2003 renault trafic and the battery is under the passenger side floor mat ! pop up the 2 round popers and the panel comes up to reveal a metal plate . slide the metal plate to one side and remove , you will then see the battery in the cradle under the floor , the airbag is removed by removing 4 screws at the rear of the bag [t20 torx] and remove the bag , undo the wires and undo the main steering wheel nut to remove the wheel , only do this after disconecting the battery for 30mins , unless you want a face full of airbag !! hope this helps , richard
