mikomi tv plug?

I have a mikomi tv the adaptor is faulty & out of warranty. Where do I get a replacement as tv is ok. The adaptor is a voltage reducer with a 4 prong outlet that plugs into tv as the power feed. The only adaptor I can find has computer type end.
