We have a RCA bought in 2003. I have sound but no picture. On the screen are 2 blue lines, 2 red lines and 2 green lines (horizontal). Is this a common problem for RCA brand and is it something that is low in cost to fix? Also, what would cause this problem?

Hi im not familiar with this tv set but it sounds like frame collapse.
Can be a difficult repair if you have no knowledge of tv repair. other components are usually damaged when the frame ic fails.
Best let repair shop do the work for you.
