Please can anyone help ?

I have a Toshiba 4000cds notebook, but I have a half inch margin covering the right and left sides of my notebook screen. This extends about halfway up the screen.
So, I have 1/2 inch x 5'' inch blank screen on the right and left :-(

Can only one help ???

Have you tried to plug in a regular monitor to it?

You could try checking your Screen properties. Maybe the resolution is set too high?
