how can i get better feed on my epson dx3850?

i believe i can spray on some sort of rejeuvenater on the rubber rollers ??

Try isopropyl alcohol, or if you don't have that, methylated spirits or even vodka. Don't spray it, rub a small amount onto the roller. The idea is that you're cleaning the smooth roller to give it slight roughness or 'bite'.
