drum not turning?

i have a candy "smart" condensor dryer and the motor will not kick start the drum. push the drum and it will start, but when it stops it will not continue. the motor is still operating. Any ideas on the problem

The problem will be you capacitor this kick starts the motor. Could be the motor but its doubtfull and the capacitor is a much cheaper option.
