Drivers seat height adjustment is by pulling up a knob which is fixed to the top of a two tube extension that can be moved forward and back. How do you lower the seat?

use the telescopic knob that you use to pump the seat up . push it down to the bottom and seat sould lower. you may have to push quite hard
