peugeot 307 indicator stick change?

How do you get the indicator/light stick out, i've removed the plastic cover from around the steering column but can't work out how these thing come out.

You have to remove the steering wheel but unless you know how to work on airbag systems and know how to deactivate / reactiveate the system dont attempt to remove steering wheel as airbag has to be removed before steering wheel can be removed
