how can i fix this problem and what is causing it?

my servis washing machine will turn and spin without clothes in but will with clothes in, not even if i put in a light load.

service machines will not spin with light loads thats a design fault to get it to spin you will need a fairly good load you can spend money trying to get it fixed and still have the same result
