I was typing on my Dell and i accidentally hit the shift button 5 times. I thought that i was hitting the arrow keys. It changed the typing setting and now i can't even type on it. i can only move the cursor. What can i do to be able to type on it again?

You have turned on sticky keys - I just did it on my Dell Laptop - never heard of it before - it's for people who have difficulty holding down one key whilst pressing another.

You should be able to turn off Sticky Keys by pressing two keys at the same time - else go to Accessibility Options on the control panel...
