how do i fix speaker on 89 cadiillac deville?
only the driver side front dash speaker is audible. my radio will not move to rear speakers and there is a constant whistling from the the other low level whistling from other spkrs. I think its a fuse or amplifier relay in the Relay ID.Center, but i can not locate the center to investigate. Where is it?
