Similar seems to have happened to my RX560 yesterday, whilst attempting to print a 21 adhesive label sheet. The sheet had dropped into the paper holder further than usual and when it was taken in by the feed mech there was a pretty awful grinding noise. The label sheet was pretty easy to pull out and wasn't too damaged. Only message on the printer screen is a problem with the yellow ink cartridge, which is recently new and full and worked fine until this occurence. No time to carry out internal investigation as yet, but it sounds like some mechanical problem has resulted.
