Problems with a Candy Aquaviva 1000 AQ 100 Washing Machine?

The machine keeps stopping just after it starts and I have to keep switching it off and on to try and nurse it round the programme but now it won't even do that any ideas

have you tried removing the pump & seeing if anything is jammed in there , i have lost count of the number of times i have removed 10p s from the pump
