I have just received notification of doing 61mph within a 60mph speed limit. The notice states I am restricted to 50mph. I was not aware of this. Is this correct?
if you get a copy of the highway code speed limits are shown for cars/goods vehicles and buses- if you were on a single carriage-way then 50mph is the limit for goods vehicle not exceeding 7.5 tonnes.
