Really easy.

Log onto your laptop in safe mode (this will also be administrator).
Go to Control Panel. Select Users and delete the password.

Google is great. Ask any question and usually you will find someone with the same problem

Take it to a computer shop with proof of ownership and ID and I am sure that they will be able to help you.
