I want to stop my seat leon (2005 old model) from locking as I drive off. I open my driver door get out,walk to the other side of the car and try to open the passenger door.It's locked,so I walk back round the car,press the button on the door to open all doors.Could anyone either repair my memory or show me how to disconnect this rediculous locking system. These systems are a safety thingy to stop kiddies opening doors whilst your moving, dont think you can turn it off. But you should be able to reset the system ,I have a vectra and to reset I sit in the car and first place the key in the ignition turn it on but dont start it , then turn it off take out the key and lock the car with the fob while you are still in the car , this resets the system.
