how to fix bmw e30?

i have wet passenger side carpet and damp drivers side but with no sign of leak? also boot has alot of condensation build up but carpet is dry?drivers side indicater has some water sitting in it?thanks j

the leak is coming from heater matrix. not hard to replace but not cheap about £70 to buy matrix.can be bypassed by removing the two hoses that feed the heater,through the engine bulkhead,and joining them together with a suitable piece of steel tubeing.
