4 keys don't work:y,b,n and space - all of a sudden and without reason - nothing was changed, nothing moved. It's an Amilo notebook AMD Sempron, Windows XP. Can someone help?
Its most likely your keyboard, one way to check would be to connect a usb keyboard to the computer and see how it responds. If the keys work then you can order a replacement and have a local repair company install it.
