Not sure why dryer drum is not turning.
Belt that's on it is not broken, but does appear to be damaged.

does the motor turn?? if so, check the belt tensioner the belt should loop the motor pulley through a "S" type tensioner then around the drum, i had this happen to me and one of the 2 pulleys on the tensioner broke, the belt was cut in a few places but still was whole
