i agree with mustangman any air getting in to system will definately cause grief as he says check or replace these pipes then try undoing any 1 injecter nut try turning engine over you should see diesel spurting out if not continue until you do then tighten but dont overtighten does it start now ?

sounds like you have an air leak in the fuel lines(check the leak off pipes to the injectors) or the injector pump has gone faulty, both of these are common faults on this engine, a code read will show up any faults with the injector pump, have you had the fuel filter replaced recentley?

there is a electric problem. and if you have glow plug they are not working.
