my murry riding starts fine, but when i release the parking brake
it shuts down, please help

Sounds like a safty device is malfunctioning

The engine should shut off when the brake is released if there is no weight on the seat.
The saftey switch under the seat must be closed for the engine to run. Raise the seat and see if the switch has slipped or broken out of it's holder, or if the wires going to it
are loose.
