my plates on my ghd's are hanging of.they still heat up as usual.but both plates are hanging of and i cant really use them because they pull my hair.how could i fix them?

you need two new plate holders
at the back of the ceramic should be a plastic plate that slides in the grooves by 4 lugs
your lugs have broken
should cost you about £8-10 for two new ones
which model do you have and what colour
