How can i fix my Quad. Its a Kawasaki KLF 300 Bayou?

My Quad will start but wont go above 500 rpm and if u try to go above this number it stalls. Whats wrong?

you have restricted fuel somewhere
1,Make sure you have fuel going to carburetor check fuel lines etc
2,if so remove carburetor and and have it cleaned
3,check air pipes, seals/air filters
