My lawnmorers choke is stuck on?

Is there a sencor on my flymo petrol mower 3hp if not how doi fix it.

No sensor. If your choke is stuck on, then it can only be a manual choke which is operated via a cable- is that correct? If it has a primer bulb type choke, then there is no choke to get "stuck on" as there isn't one- hence the primer bulb> What are the symptoms and the engine make/model?
