I did not get a specific reply to my question but read all the messages. I have/had similar code 11E and found that the drain filter was partially blocked with coins, plastic and other debris which would possibly restrict emptying. Also my machine was slanting backwards so levelled it. Now 11E code has disappeared whereas before everytime we did a main wash the code came up half way through wash. Have done about 6 washes since and all seems ok. Hope this helps
