why is my cr 125 constantly fouling plugs?

my 2005 honda cr 125 constantly fouls spark plugs, it runs ok for 10 mins then stops and wont start again untill a new plug is fitted.

I think you have the oil/gas mix in the gas to rich.I think it might be 35/1 mabee?also is the sparkplug gap set correct?and last but not least.You don't say how it runs for the 10 min.
