can't get a menu screen to turn off?

I have a Thomson Black Diva. I guess my 1 year old was playing with it. I thinks she might have hit a button. There are only 4 buttons on the right side of the TV. Two for volume and 2 for channel changing. Anyway, the screen is in some sort of menu mode. The left side of the screen has an arrow which points to English(which is in Yellow) and the right side of the screen has yellow and blue arrows with the word OK inside of them. The arrows on the right side of the screen are point up, down, left and right. There are not many buttons on the TV. We do get sound and I think I can change channels but the menu screen stays the same. I do not have a remote that works. Any idea what to do?
