Screeching noise when carrying the Dyson DC23?

I've got a new Dyson DC23 machine, but when I lift it (by the carry handle) is makes a strange screeching noise - as though the seal is being broken?

Is this normal or should I report this to Dyson?

Mine does this too, I think its normal.. and thats exactly what is happenign on mine.. the seal in the container is being broken..
