i have Fujitsu seimen lcd monitor 17". when i turn it on, it does not on and no display, when i repeat it power on to off, and again on, after three or four times repeating this procedure then it on and display, and it works all the day long, but next day it does so again.

I'm having the same problem except that mine is an all in one Packard Bell SmartTV. It doesn't turn on at the beginning and I need to leave it on blank for about 5 minutes before switching the computer off and on again. It usually restarts then. Also I have been told by a friend that their monitor has begun to do the same thing. After doing a bit of research online, it appears that updates can corrupt start up registry files that direct the opening sequence of programs. Apparently you need your original windows disks to resolve the issue.

I had an Acer LCD that did exactly the same for a year then it just fixed itself. I'd have it changed under warranty if you still have one. Monitors are not something that is usually fixed as its cheaper to replace them.
Are you sure the power supply and wire is OK?
