How do I connect the 3 items so that I can watch tele with freeview,but also use the DVD player with it.There is 1 scart socket in each item.

1) As the t.v only has one scart it would be required by the dvd.
Connect the aerial directly to the Daewoo and r.f lead from this to the t.v aerial input and enter the tuning mode in the t.v to tune in the Daewoo freeview.

2) Another way would be to use a scart adapter containing two scart sockets and a scart plug. The connections for the Daewoo would be the same as above (you would not need to tune the t.v in this case) but a scart lead would also go from the Daewoo to the scart adapter and the dvd would also go to the adapter via a scart lead. The scart plug would of course be inserted into the t.v and the a.v mode selected to view the dvd or freeview through this connection. The dvd would have to be switched off when viewing the freeview or interference will result unless a switched scart adapter is used.
