We have two computers both running windows xp 2000 home edition.One of them will not boot up it reads on the screen FILE MISSING (windows root system 32\hal.dll.)i beleive its a i386 file .Can i download it to a disk? I have real player on my computer system .How do i download this file to a disk a.s.a.p manythanks bri
